By Clicking 'SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION', you hereby authorize Stay At Home Music to charge your credit card in amounts not exceeding the base costs for typical services unless otherwise authorized. Typical services include home music lessons. The card holder reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement at anytime and without penalty provided the current account balance at the time of withdrawal has been paid in full. If regular music lessons have been authorized, you furthermore authorize Stay At Home Music to store your credit card information for the purpose of processing on-going weekly/bi-weekly/monthly music lessons until the end of the season. Should your credit card decline, we will discontinue all services until the balance owing is paid in full and payment information is up to date.
